Deleting your account

1. In the app

Open Svoista, go to the profile screen and tap “Delete account”.

No e-mail confirmation is needed: the deletion happens immediately.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play settings, otherwise the store will keep charging you.

2. If you no longer have the app

Write to privacy@svoista.com from the address you used to sign in. We will match it to the account and delete it.

We act without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the request.

3. What is deleted

On our servers:

• your profile and all your answers, including the taste profile and its change log;
• swipes, likes, saved pieces and “not mine” marks;
• wardrobe pieces with their photos, and the AI model;
• try-on history and the generated looks;
• token balance and the records of how tokens were used;
• usage analytics, ad impression and tap records, the log of notifications sent and opened;
• recent searches and viewed pieces;
• support requests with their attachments;
• the device tokens used for notifications;
• the sign-in account, so the same Google or Apple ID will no longer open this profile;
• your record at RevenueCat, the purchase verification service.

Stored files are removed after the records, in the background.

On your device, the app deletes saved looks and try-on, search and wardrobe photos.

4. What remains, and why

Some records remain, but no longer linked to your account:

• search queries, up to 6 months from the search, and search-by-photo records without the photo, up to 90 days: to judge how well matching works;
• brand visits, up to 13 months, and visits followed by a purchase, with order data, for as long as accounting law requires;
• records of your token and subscription purchases (product, number of tokens, date, the app store's transaction number) and records of what try-ons cost us: for as long as accounting law requires;
• the log of consents given and the deletion receipt: evidence that consent was given and the account was deleted;
• the analytics warehouse copy, where the identifier is already replaced by a one-way hash, up to 14 months;
• database backups, up to 7 days, after which they are overwritten.

If you made the request by e-mail, your address and the record of completing it are kept for 12 months.

Payment records are held by the App Store and Google Play under their own rules. We do not control those periods.
