Deleting your account
This page explains how to delete your Svoista account, what disappears and what remains. It is reachable without signing in, so you can make the request even after removing the app from your device.
1. In the app
Open Svoista, go to the profile screen and tap «Видалити акаунт» (Delete account).
No email confirmation is needed: the deletion happens immediately.
2. If you no longer have the app
Write to privacy@svoista.com from the address you used to sign in. We will match it to the account and delete it.
We act without undue delay and in any case no later than 30 days from the request.
3. What is deleted
- Your profile and all your answers, including the taste profile built for you
- Swipes, likes, saved pieces and the things you marked as not yours
- Your wardrobe items together with the photos you uploaded
- Try-on history and the looks that were generated
- Your balance and the record of how it changed
- The device tokens used to send you notifications
The sign-in account goes with it, so the same Google or Apple ID will no longer open this profile.
Stored files are removed after the records, in the background.
4. What remains, and why
Some records remain, but no longer connected to you: search history, photo-search history and the log of consents you gave. The first two are what let us judge how well the matching works; the third is the proof that consent was given, which is precisely why it cannot disappear along with it.
Payment records are held by the App Store, Google Play and our payments processor under their own rules. We do not control those periods and cannot delete such records on your request.
