1. What this is

These terms govern the use of svoista.com and related domains until the Svoista app launches. Operator: Svoista OÜ, Estonian business registry code 17575762, registered address: Tornimäe tn 5, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia.

By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What the waiting list is

By leaving your address you ask to be told about the launch. It is free and creates no obligation for you or for us: a place on the list guarantees no access to the app, no launch date, no set of features and no prices. All of that may change or may not happen at all. We may close the list or the site at any time.

3. Intellectual property

The names SVOISTA and СВОЇСТА, the Ї mark, and the text, design and graphics of the site belong to the operator or are used by it with the rightholders' permission. A trademark application in Ukraine has been filed by natural persons, the founders of the project; the operator uses the signs with their permission. No applications have been filed in Estonia or the EU.

Commercial use of the site's materials without written consent is prohibited. Quoting with attribution to the source is welcome.

4. For brands

The “For brands” page is an invitation to work together. Sending an enquiry through the site creates no contractual relationship: the terms of a brand's participation are set out in a separate written agreement.

5. Liability

The site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions in the site's operation, nor for decisions taken on the basis of the information on it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, or narrows your rights as a consumer.

6. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Estonia. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live. Disputes are settled by negotiation and, failing that, before the court having jurisdiction under the law.
