Notice and takedown

1. What you can report

• content that infringes intellectual property rights, such as someone else's product photos;
• an image of you used without consent;
• illegal or unacceptable content, including a generated look;
• false information about a brand or a piece.

2. How to report

Write to legal@svoista.com or through support in the app, and include:

• your name and contact details;
• what exactly and where: the brand, the piece, a link or a screenshot;
• why it is a breach and, if your rights are concerned, which ones;
• a confirmation that the information in the notice is accurate and given in good faith.

3. What happens next

We confirm receipt, review the notice and tell you our decision with reasons within 10 working days. Where it concerns an image of a person used without consent or clearly illegal content, we act as quickly as possible.

If the content breaks the law or these rules, we remove it or restrict access to it. A brand whose content is removed is told why.

If you disagree with the decision, reply to our e-mail within 6 months and we will review it.

We may decline to handle notices that are repeatedly and manifestly unfounded.
